RE-SHOOTING

KIDS AND ADULTS: Given the creative nature of headshot photography I can only promise a reshoot if there are technical difficulties (camera/computer malfunction). Reshoots for any other reason are charged full price. I can't be held responsible if you are having an off day, you don't like your clothes, you arrive late or you are not prepared.

INFANTS AND TODDLERS: If your little one isn't acting like him/herself and we simply can't provoke a smile or laugh, I'm happy to reshoot. You can't blame a baby! This must be done within 1 week of the original shoot date.

MAKE-UP

The make-up artists that I use are talented professionals and they are all very experienced with headshot photography. They are not, however the boss. YOU ARE. If you are not 100% comfortable with the make-up (whether it is too much, too natural, or simply not YOU) you MUST speak up and tell the make-up artist before we start shooting. I am happy to snap a couple shots and show you what the make-up will look like on camera, before the shoot begins, because If you decide you are unhappy with the make-up after the shoot, there is nothing we can do.

RESCHEDULING and CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel and you are not able to reschedule, please notify me at least 72 hours prior to the shoot or you will lose your deposit.

If you need to reschedule once, you will be forgiven. Same goes for me.

If you need to reschedule a second time you will be charged a $100 rescheduling fee. If I need to reschedule a second time, I will give you a $100 discount.

If WE need to reschedule as a result of inclement weather or some crazy natural disaster, then neither of us owes the other anything.
